I am from California (USA) and I ended up in Spain in the early 80’s almost by chance. Having a TESL course (Teaching English as a Second Language – Teaching English as a Second Language) from Saint Louis University, I took the opportunity to gain experience teaching individuals in Madrid during these first years. The culture and the way of life captivated me but I have to confess that meeting an Asturian girl in this first stage (my future wife) was final in my decision to stay in Spain.
In 1986 I set myself a new personal and professional direction, raising a family and dedicating myself fully to the business world. In 1994 I started my own industrial facilities company and it was a dynamic and highly demanding stage at a professional level where I collaborated with clients such as Nestlé, Bosch, Carrefour, OHL, Danone, Kimberly Clark, J. García Carrión, Unilever and Firestone. During this period, I had the opportunity to be part of the inner workings of the Spanish business world.
After years of movement, living in Madrid, Cantabria and Asturias, destiny took us to Galicia, where I have lived very comfortably for 20 years. I am very proud to be a Galician by adoption.
In 2008 I decided to combine the best of my two previous experiences as a teacher and businessman, and I proposed a very personalized service: training, direct day-to-day support, and general support for communication in business English, for companies and managers of community.
